This lunch menu has roti with chana masala and some seasonal fruit like Mangoes. Can’t have lunch without mangoes in this season……proud to be a mango maniac😃😃 !! And do not miss to have yogurt/butter milk either in the form of raita or lassi. We never miss…..as it helps in digestion & to overcome dehydration. Chana masala is the most favourite dish for many of us and can be made more tastier by adding 1/2 a cup of thick coconut milk at the end instead of cream.
