Coconut Macaroon-Eggless

COCONUT MACAROONS EGGLESS

Another magnificent delicacy from this white marvel, with the rich taste of condensed milk and coconut. It has  only three ingredients, Simple to make and a crowd puller. I’ve followed Venkatesh Bhat’s recipe and can be prepared within 30 minutes, including baking time. It’s a soft and chewy macaroons, tastes more like bounty chocolate. So while writing it I had a thought that if you wish then dip this macaroons in the melted chocolate and freeze it for minimum 2 hours and enjoy the chocolate coconut macaroons. Try it and tag it on Instagram @Abysenthil27.

INGREDIENTS

⚡️ Sweetened Condensed milk -1/2 cup

⚡️ Desiccated coconut – 1 1/2cup

⚡️  Vanilla essence  -1/2 teaspoon

⚡️  Cherries, sliced in halves, optional

METHOD

Using wired whisk,  mix condensed milk, desiccated coconut, vanilla essence to make it like a dough of thick dropping consistency.

– preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

– Take a tablespoon of the mixed dough , roll it like a ball and just press it . The mixture is sticky, so rub some butter or coconut oil in your palms, then roll and flatten them. Arrange it on the lined baking tray and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.

-If you want to garnish it with cherries then go for it. Gently press the glazed cherries on top and then bake it. Once the macaroons cool completely, then store it in an air tight container and the best dessert suitable for kids party.

The simplest delicacy ever!!
