Pearl millet/ kambu/ Bajra Dosa

Pearl millets are good old traditional grain which is rich in protein, minerals and has many health benefits. India is the largest producer of pearl millet. Bajra rotis are very commonly made and in the southern part of India Kambu idli and dosa are very common. As I’ve already mentioned we are crazy lovers of dosa, and prepared dosa using almost all the millet varieties. It’s one way of feeding our favorite with healthy grains.
